Figured I should do a proper intro since I’m posting stuff here.
I’m Shortbox, I’ve been practicing art for the last two months or so and have been working towards drawing consistently and eventually working on my own characters and comics.
right now I’m studying old comic panels, their line weight, colouring and composition, I don’t trace any of my work, but I do study from reference!
I appreciate any feedback or advice!
I work with traditional pencil and paper but I’ve mostly been doing digital the last week or so, and probably will keep working on that.
If it matters, I enjoy Ska, Sci-Fi movies, collecting action figures and reading.
